Parents of Paws Designs – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Parents of Paws Designs, we craft each item with love and care, often made-to-order or personalized just for you. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policy below:

1. Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom orders may only be exchanged if there was an error on our part or a defect in the product.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@parentsofpaws.com.au with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Email us at hello@parentsofpaws.com.au with your order number and reason for the request.

  • Follow the instructions provided for returning your item.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
