Parents of Paws Designs – Refund & Exchange Policy
At Parents of Paws Designs, we craft each item with love and care, often made-to-order or personalized just for you. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policy below:
1. Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Custom orders may only be exchanged if there was an error on our part or a defect in the product.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@parentsofpaws.com.au with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Email us at hello@parentsofpaws.com.au with your order number and reason for the request.
Follow the instructions provided for returning your item.
5. Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
